Convenient location, within walking distance to the beach and specialty stores in town. The little apartment was accommodating, allowing us to prepare meals. Despite being an old building, it was well-maintained and the area was quiet. The outdoor patio provided a nice space to relax and watch the surroundings. The owner was pleasant and helpful.

Amazing place, truly enjoyed being there. Staff were amicable, had a really great stay on vacation. The room was neat, provided with a coffee maker, a picture on the website and the bedroom.

The staff is helpful and perfect, the room is brand-new.

For the price, we got great value with excellent access to the beach and convenient parking at Summer Place. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities, including a fridge and microwave. The location was perfect, just a block from the boardwalk, restaurants, and the beach. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even letting us check-in early to change for the beach.

The only thing that could have been better was the breakfast option.

Summer Place Hotel is located aproximately on block from the boardwalk and the beach! It's in a great location. It's in a quiet community which is also 1/2 a block from Rehoboth Avenue which is where you'll all of the shops, resturaunts and lounges, and if you feel so inclined to attend church on Sunday morning, an Episcopal church is conveniently located right around the corner:) We rented an apartment that would comfortably sleep four with a full kitchen offering a stove, dishwasher (which was new), sink and mini-refridgerator. The pillows were comfortable, and there was a nice 32 inch television with a remote and cable and the shower head and water pressure was great!

Summer Place Hotel's furnishings are old, dirty and broken down. The dressers were not emptied before we occupied the room, and several of the dresser drawers were broken. The matress was hard and old, the linen was old, dirty, stained with bleach, and worn out. The apartment smelled of mildew and the carpet was stained, dirty, and old. The paint was peeling of of the walls in the bathroom, the pots and pans were old and there was a dirty kitchen sponge on the sink that was hard as a rock.

I like the fact that it was available at the last minute when most hotels were sold out.

I didn't like that the room was next to the door for the stairs and the entry/exit way.

The location of this hotel was perfect for me as it was within walking distance of all the shoppes and really close to the beach. I loved how convenient it was to have everything sooo close to the beach. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive, with clean beds and sheets, as well as a clean bathroom and fresh towels. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.

First of all the room was too small there no room service the guy who work the front was not friendly at all I had to leave my room the next day and get my own towels the guy didnt even hand them to me told me to open the door n get my own towels the wifi was bad it kept going in and out the little tv picture was fuzzy every channel believe me people no not rent this place its old not well kept I wouldnt let my dog stay in that place it was the worst place I have ever stayed

My partner and I stayed at Summer Place for a relaxing weekend getaway. Although the room was small, it had all the necessary amenities - a comfortable bed, a good shower with amazing water pressure, a fridge, and a microwave. The location was ideal, just a block away from the beach, and within walking distance to all the shops in the area. The smoking areas were well-maintained, and there was an ice machine available downstairs. We would definitely consider staying here again for an adult-only trip.
